Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor has overall responsibility for all aspects of facility management services and/or operations. This role is the primary contact for day-to-day operations and is responsible for carefully examining buildings and structures to make sure they are up to code. They will use your expertise to identify any potential issues or violations. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving estimates, service contracts, bids, budgets, and permits. The Maintenance Supervisor will provide guidance, advice, and training  to our team as needed. They will create an unwavering attitude and commitment to safety and reliability as they build a team of Maintenance Technicians, day porters, and outside contractors. The Maintenance Supervisor will drive continual improvements to quality and operations by creating an expectation of learning and development of their staff and trust and reliability of their customers.

Maintenance Technician

As a  Maintenance Technician at Dorsey's Construction, you will be responsible for carefully examining buildings and structures to make sure they are up to code. You will work closely with our team of construction professionals and use your expertise to identify any potential issues or violations. Additionally, you will be responsible for constructive and preventive maintenance of building systems, executing assigned work orders, property preservation, and submitting deficiency reports.

Office Assistant

At Dorseys Construction, our Office Assistant plays a crucial role in the smooth running of our office. They are responsible for greeting visitors, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to our team.

HR Marketing Associate

We are currently seeking an HR Marketing Associate to join our team at Dorsey's Construction. As our HR Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining company website, social media pages, promotion of marketing material, and implementing new technology solutions to improve our business operations. The HR Marketing Associate will recruit and screen candidates, ensure employee training and benefits are provided, and is acting timekeeper for payroll purposes.
